You don’t need any artistic skills - just learn the recipes and proper mold pouring technique. Creating flowers with piping tips is a long, painstaking process that takes hours, while our marshmallow flowers are made quickly - one bouquet takes about 1 hour (once you’ve practiced your skills).

You can rely on the texture of the mixture, but it’s best to measure the temperature.

Pyrometer or probe thermometer

These molds differ from chocolate ones by having more detailed designs. At first, we worked with chocolate molds and gradually purchased marshmallow-specific ones. In the course, we’ll provide suppliers where you can buy them. We’ll also show a lesson on how to duplicate purchased molds at a minimal cost. For creating bouquets, we use a mix of flowers - you’ll need 10-15 molds to start.

We make marshmallow from the simplest ingredients: egg whites, agar-agar, and more - all available in any city. In the lessons, we’ll give detailed recommendations.
